We are an entirely volunteer thrift shop and your generous donations go entirely to the local community. Whether you are buying or donating, the contributions go to the needy in our town. In the past we have furnished and clothed survivors of a house fire, those who needed home heating oil after a job loss, or many other circumstances. You can find excellent bargains from work clothes, gently used children's clothes home furnishings, music, movies, kitchen items, art, toys, vintage, antiques, crafting supplies, sporting goods; who knows what will turn up next!
Our church, our body of Christ, has been working and worshiping in the community since the early 1800's and our town is named after the founding benefactor of this church, Benjamin Chaplin. If you have been blessed with "two coats" consider donating the other to help others. If you have free time and would like to volunteer there are always opportunities, from sorting and manning the cash register, to any other help. If you like a good bargain come see what we have this week!
